Happy Tuesday Novas! The 30 day blogging challenge is where we post on selected topics each day. I hopped onto this challenge because it’s dedicated to video games! Let’s jump straight into today’s post.
Day 6 – Most annoying character
I know that my answer to today’s question is going to ruffle some of my fellow gamers feathers, but I have to answer truthfully. The most annoying character to me in video games is Pikachu. Yes, Pikachu from Pokemon lol. I’m not quite sure why, but I have never liked Pikachu and I just feel as if he’s an annoying Pokemon. I remember playing Pokemon Green and Red and pretty much purposefully searched in areas for Pikachu just to make them faint (I know I’m a monster lol).
Another annoying character or action for me is playing against myself in a fighting game. I don’t 
know what it is, maybe the Twilight Zone’s theory of you being your worst enemy has more truth then we would want to believe. When I’m fighting against the same character that I am playing it’s super annoying. I sike myself out or something. When we were kids, my brother Kenny would put on Dead or Alive 5. I would always pick Kasumi and I would win most of those battles… until Kenny would pick Kasumi as well. I’d get DESTROYEDDDDDD!!!!! It’s as if I didn’t have thumbs or have never played the game. He did the same in Street Fighter when I played as Chun-Li. Siblings really know how to annoy you and exploit your weaknesses lol.
The boss in Sonic Spinball is another annoying character to lay against. It was the Dr. Robotnik Spider thingy. I didn’t have the coordination as a kid to beat that level so I always had to get Kenny to beat it for me. Actually, multiple stages in sonic like the marble zone where you were in the sky or the factory with those creepy blue things. Kenny beat many levels for me as a kid.

Me: Kenny What’s the most annoying character to play against?
Kenny: Eddie Gordo from Tekken! He’s unpredictable and I hate his fighting style. He’s uses Capoeira to keep you far away. I don’t know whether I want to punch or kick him because he’s all over the place.
Me: Ah, I see. Anyone else?
Kenny: Gears of War 4 when you have to take out the multiple guns and then shoot the beast. I had to play that stage over and over again!
