  1. That’s awesome and thanks for the shout out πŸ™‚ FYI you are always welcome to do a game review on Reads & Reels any time. I’ve only done one and it’s an element I would love to add πŸ˜‰

  2. Ooooh looking forward to Tuesday’s post… big fan of handhelds, especially Nintendo’s classics, I still have my original brick of a Gameboy that I was gifted way back in 1989! πŸ™‚

    1. Omg really? That thing is sooo big compared to the DS and 3DS now lol. I’m so excited for this post as well, I have an interesting story that I will tell about the Sega Game Gear from back in the day!

  3. Thanks for the mention and I got a new book blog to follow (brunette bookworm blog) as I already followed the others.πŸ˜€

Cool, ha, couldn’t resist, subzero and Mr freeze. You need to do one with Scorpion just because I always envisage ‘get over here’ when I picture Scorpion.πŸ˜‚

Handheld consoles, I have a ds somewhere and a couple of original gameboys, one in black and one in the original and ghastly looking grey.πŸ˜‚

    1. Sure thing! I love Scorpion, he’s probably my favorite Mortal Kombat character. Well him and Sonya Blade lol. I’ll start thinking about a great match up for him.

Her blog is awesome, I only follow a few book blogs (yours being the 1st) and I really love the content provided. It really inspires me to read more which is awesome so thank you!

I have a DS and an old school gameboy color (it’s purple Yay!). I also have some surprise handhelds that may throw people off guard so the post should be fun.

Thank you for your comment and enjoy your week!

  4. Oooh, can’t wait to read all these upcoming posts! And thank you for the shout out, it’s greatly appreciated. πŸ™‚ Looking forward to that book review (along with the rest of the content).

    1. You’re very welcome! I’m excited (and a little nervous) about the book review lol. But I put it out to the universe so I will try my best haha. This week will sure be interesting lol.

      1. I’m sure you’ll do fine! πŸ˜€ I’ve enjoyed your other sorts of reviews I’ve read, so I imagine your book reviews will be just as good!
